  • • A mixed rebalance is instant except for the one step that moves money

Why liquidation defence is fast

  • • The margin top-up is agent-signed, so it lands with no approval in the loop
  • • That stays true only while the margin already sits in the futures balance
  • • If the money has to come from spot, that transfer is master-signed and waits
